ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY AND TECHNICAL SERVICE SUPPORT
We can support our clients by introducing, advising, and selecting products and materials according to the required international standard specification or the customized specification of each individual project. Our engineer team is ready to respond to the clients requests.
POSITIVE MATERIAL IDENTIFICATION SERVICE
Positive Material Identification (PMI) is one of the most common Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods. With PMI test, the alloy composition of a certain material can be determined. If the material certificate is missing, or it did not mention what the alloy composition of such material is, or the client wants to recheck the alloy composition of doubted material, then PMI test can be a solution. We have a portable X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) analyzer which is one of the quickest and comprehensive methods for PMI test.
PMI test can be done on the shop floor to ensure that the documentation remains intact during the manufacturing process. The customer can also request for a PMI test on the finished product at job site, and PMI test report(s) can be provided as part of the turn over package and delivery (Service charge will be required for PMI test).
VALVE TESTING SERVICE

PIPE END GROOVING SERVICE
We also offer modification service by grooving the carbon steel pipes ends for NPS 12 and smaller (Service charge will be required for pipe modification) for customers who prefer grooved piping system, which is designed for roll grooved standard pipe or roll grooved light wall pipe.
DELIVERY SERVICE
For domestic customers, we can deliver our products to the clients job site on the next business day after receipt of the clients order confirmation/purchase order (Service charge may be required for remote areas). For overseas customers, our normal delivery term is Ex-work at our warehouse, but we can also offer other delivery terms, if the client requests.

Our procedure is started when the products arrive at our warehouse. The company has a work instruction for employees to examine and receive the products in order to remain the standard of working.

Under random sampling method, all manuals instruct the inspector to examine products on type, size, material, weight, body, and cleanness. Heat number on the product is also checked with the certification. Inspectors do the air and hydro testing for a valve sampling, and spectrometer is for suspicious or unknown material. After examination, if the product is below the standard, the store officer will prepare the claim document and return the product to the manufacturer. For the standard products, they are kept in the organized indoor warehouse.
